Program Description

Cooking/Healthy Eating Styles

This program will explore healthy food facts by selecting, discussing, and/or making the recipe from supplied guidelines, then we all get together to taste test finished products!

Event Details

Participants in this program will need to bring a copy of a recipe along with the prepared dish to share with others in the program. We ask that all ingredients that are used to prepare each dish are all listed on the recipe. This months theme is soups and sandwiches.
