Program Description

Event Details

S.A.I.L. (Staying Independent and Active for Life) is an exercise class offered for seniors to help promote physical well-being.  The class offers light aerobics, balance, stretching and strengthening exercises.  The class meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm.  Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and bring light weight dumbbells if you desire, though not required.  Contact the library for further information or to sign up for the classes.
