1st Annual Author Con

Join us for a special Author Meet & Greet at the library!  Authors from all over McCurtain County will convene in one spot to talk books.  This will be a meet and greet event open for everyone to come and see you favorite author and pick up a book.  What better time to get together and talk books. This event will be the same weekend as Fallfest in Idabel.  Go to Fallfest and then come to the library.   We're thrilled to welcome Local Authors.  If you are simply curious about the writing world, this is a perfect chance to connect with a real storyteller and celebrate the power of books.  This will be a 2 day event.
