In honor of World Teen Mental Wellness Day, stop by for a Brain Break and learn about the importahnt life skills of emotional regulation, stress-management, and coping strategies.  Stop by for calming activities such as: DIY stress balls, coloring stations, brain dump craft, guided breathing exercises, and also receive a take home Brain Break kit.  Drop in, take a breath, and give your brain a break.
