Notice: Coalgate Library Temporary Closure for Upgrades

Exciting news! Crews have arrived at the Coalgate Library to begin upgrading our lighting to energy-efficient LED lights. This improvement will make the library brighter, more welcoming, and even more enjoyable for your visits!

During this work, the library will be temporarily closed and is expected to reopen by Thursday. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to welcome you back to a brighter, better library very soon.

Thank you for your understanding!

Let your child’s creativity shine in this fun and expressive self-portrait craft! In this engaging craft program, kids will create their own unique self-portraits using a variety of art materials like crayons, markers, collage pieces, and more. This activity encourages self-expression, confidence, and imagination as children explore how they see themselves and bring their vision to life on paper.

No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to have fun! All supplies are provided. Perfect for children ages age 5 -10 years of age. Come join us for a colorful and creative experience!

This activity/program is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) through the Library Services and Technology Grant, and the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
