Notice: Spiro Public Library Temporary Closure

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.

This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.

We appreciate your patience during this transformation and can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed, beautifully organized library!

Are you ready to take your art to the next level? In this art program, we’ll dive into the world of oil pastel blending and learn the art of smooth transitions, vibrant color layers, and stunning textures!

But this isn’t just about getting creative—it’s science too!  Learn how friction, color theory, and layering work together to bring your masterpiece to life!
