Notice: Spiro Public Library Temporary Closure

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.

This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.

We appreciate your patience during this transformation and can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed, beautifully organized library!

Ready to create art that moves? In this exciting workshop, you'll use string and paint to create your own Twisted Color Masterpiece! Pull, twist, and drag paint-filled string across the canvas to create dynamic, colorful designs that are totally unique! 

This is where creativity and science collide, giving you the chance to create a beautiful, dynamic masterpiece you can be proud of! Whether you love abstract art or prefer to make something geometric, this program is perfect for you!
