Take a break and reset with this relaxed, one-hour session designed just for tweens and teens. Learn simple mindfulness tools and journaling techniques to help manage everyday stress, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies in a calm, no-pressure space.
We’ll use cardstock, ribbon, permanent markers, washi tape, and stickers to make personalized mindfulness journals you can take home. No experience needed. All supplies provided.
