Notice: Spiro Public Library Temporary Closure

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.

This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.

We appreciate your patience during this transformation and can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed, beautifully organized library!

Event Details

Kids and tweens/ teens are invited to get creative with our Craft Stick Dragonflies program! Using craft sticks, buttons, googly eyes, markers, and more, participants will design and build their own vibrant dragonflies to take home. This hands-on craft encourages imagination, fine motor skills, and artistic expression for a wide age range.

Whether you're a young artist or just love to make things, this is a great chance to have fun and create something unique. All supplies provided—just bring your creativity!
