Early Birds is a caregiver program to help if you are a pregnant person, have a newborn, are a foster parent or grandparent raising a grandchild, or care for a child under 5 years old.  This class qualifies as Foster Education hours as well.  In this 90 minute class, you will learn about your child's development and discover tools for school readiness through topics like every day learning opportunities, child development, and activities that support school readiness, health, and safety.  Participants receive free learning toys and materials to support early learning in your home and you can connect with other caregivers and learn about the importance of play.  Participants are required to register for this program and can come by the library prior to the class or use the following link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/SEOLibrariesFall25 and choose Broken Bow as your site of learning.   This class will be for caregivers of children 4-5 years old.  Participants are welcome to attend all classes or just one of  your choosing.  More classes will be offered in the Spring.  The theme of the Fall series will be Social/Emotional and Self-Regulation Skills.
