Notice: Spiro Public Library Temporary Closure

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.

This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.

We appreciate your patience during this transformation and can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed, beautifully organized library!

This program encourages participants to embrace their inner "bad artist" and create intentionally silly, quirky, or chaotic artwork. The focus is on having fun rather than creating perfect pieces. The event fosters creativity, humor, and happiness! You will be supplied with a canvas, glitter, old newspaper, markers and everything you need to make your masterpiece.
