Notice: Spiro Public Library Temporary Closure

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.

This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.

We appreciate your patience during this transformation and can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed, beautifully organized library!

Farmtastic fun is headed your way! Join Ann for a delightful storytime as she reads Look What I Found on the Farm by Moira Butterfield—a charming tale that shows how not all treasures shine—some are wrapped in dirt and grime! After the story, stick around for a hands-on farm animal craft where kids can paint, cut, and glue their very own barnyard creations.

Come learn what it’s like to live and explore on a farm in the country, where adventure and discovery are always just around the corner!
