Notice: Spiro Public Library Temporary Closure

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.

This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.

We appreciate your patience during this transformation and can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed, beautifully organized library!

Encourage a love of reading with this fun and simple craft perfect for little hands! Children will design and decorate their very own bookmarks using colorful stickers, stamps, markers, and more. Whether it’s shaped like an animal, a rainbow, or their favorite character, each bookmark will be a special creation they can use again and again in their storybooks.
All supplies provided — just bring your imagination!
