Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down.

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.
This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.
