ESports at the Coal County Library!

Patrons will learn about the pointillism art movement and method and create their own special piece. Teens

Children join the world of imagination and wonder.  Fascinating tales and adventures await you at our story time.

Join us at the library for a colorful afternoon of creativity! Teens will get to color and craft magnetic bookmarks. It's the perfect way to combine reading and crafting.

For ages 12-17. All supplies provided.

Ever wondered how artists make colors pop and glow on dark paper?

Get ready to jump, toss, and count with STEM Hoop & Count! This fun and interactive program combines movement, math, and problem-solving to help children develop counting skills in an engaging way.

This week at Teen Craft Circle, we’ll be creating stunning alcohol ink coasters! Unleash your creativity with vibrant inks to design one-of-a-kind coasters that will add a pop of color to your space or make the perfect gift.

Get ready to get messy at the library! Join us for a fun-filled art program where kids can explore creativity through hands-on, messy art projects.

Join us for an hour of moving and grooving with a little mingle in the middle.  Tuesday and Thursday are exercise days at the library.  Come on down to the library and join us.  Everyone is welcome and all ages are invited. 

Let's get colorful with our slime making skills!!  Choose from assorted colors and add-ins to make your slime unique.  Wear clothing you don't mind getting messy in and let's have a slimy good time!!

Use your imagination and build your very own pair of cool glasses – using colorful building blocks! Whether you want to create the wackiest, most colorful glasses or a sleek, stylish design, the choice is all yours.

OSU Extension Office is presented a series of Nutrition Program for Adults.

In this hands-on STEAM program, children will explore the art and science of cyanotypes—sun-powered prints made using light-sensitive paper.

Mix paint and baking soda and dilute with water for a thinner consistency. Guests will then paint paper with a design they choose. When satisfied, they will drip vinegar onto the paper to create a neutralization reaction.

Paint string art is a fun and messy way to create beautiful designs using paint and string. But did you know that this activity also teaches us about physics and motion? Ms.

We color every Thursday afternoon.  Come and join us.  We have everything you need to color.  We even furnish a picture.  Come and visit while you color.  Sure to be a fun time at the library.
