SAIL (Staying Active and Independent for Life), is a an exercise program developed by the OU Health Sciences Center to help promote long and active lives for individuals.

The public library's adult craft program is a haven for creativity. Participants, guided by skilled instructors, delve into diverse projects, fostering a sense of community and artistic expression.

The public library offers a dynamic senior fitness program, fostering health and community engagement. Tailored for seniors, it combines low-impact exercises, flexibility training, and social activities.

This program is lead by OSU Extension. 

Join us for an hour of moving and grooving with a little mingle in the middle.  Tuesday and Thursday are exercise days at the library.  Come and join us.  Everyone is welcome and all ages are invited. 

OSU Extension Office is presented a series of Nutrition Program for Adults.

We color every Thursday afternoon.  Come and join us.  We have everything you need to color.  We even furnish a picture.  Come and visit while you color.  Sure to be a fun time at the library.

The OSU Extension office will be at the library each Thursday in May to talk about Eating Healthy with Diabetes.  Come and join us and learn what you can eat while living with diabetes.  

Need to slow down, unwind, and let go of your day? Join Tara at the Coal County Library and Brush it Off! Guests will be painting a floral scene as the second part of an art series, to follow the proverb, "April showers, bring May flowers"!

If you like to crochet, sew, quilt, do needlework and etc. come down to the library for 2 hours of fun and fellowship.   If you don't know how, come on down anyway, and they can teach you.

Join us for Table Top gaming event featuring Magic: The Gathering! Bring your own deck and enjoy casual play with standard or commander formats. Beginners are welcome, so whether you're new to the game or a seasoned player, come have fun with us.
