Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing.  Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down.

Grab a friend, or come solo and make a new one, for this playful twist on the classic self-portrait! You’ll take turns painting each other, no artistic experience needed (the fun is in the mess!). All supplies are provided and it’s totally free.
