Not a fan of a traditional storytime?

The Children's Art and Crafts Programs at the library offer young participants an inspiring and imaginative space to explore their creativity.

Join us for a fun and educational craft inspired by Dr. Jane Goodall and her incredible work studying
chimpanzees! Learn fascinating facts about these intelligent animals, then make your own

Come and join us at the Creation Station.  Each week children will enjoy different crafts and other activities as well as a snack.  Some weeks kids will be doing a STEM Project.  This week will be a Mixed Media Snowman Craft.

Bring a little winter magic indoors! In this hands-on craft, participants will create their very own snowy jars with sparkling “snow” and charming winter scenes.

Popsicle sticks, glue and paint! 
Learn how to make snowflakes from popsicle sticks.

This week we’re getting creative with cardboard and bean snails! Little hands will have fun building and decorating their own slow-moving friends.
