Notice: Spiro Public Library Temporary Closure

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.

This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.

We appreciate your patience during this transformation and can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed, beautifully organized library!

Program Description

Event Details

Join us for a fun watercolor workshop! In this class, teens will create unique greeting cards with simple watercolor techniques, while learning how to address an envelope according to postal code standards. No experience is needed—just join in and have fun! By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home beautiful cards to share with family and friends. 

For ages 12-17.
