Join us for an hour of moving and grooving with a little mingle in the middle.  Tuesday and Thursday are exercise days at the library.   Libraries aren’t just for reading — they’re for moving, too! Join us for a fun and energizing Exercise & Movement Hour at the library. This program is designed to get your body moving, boost your mood, and bring our community together in a healthy, active way.
