Event Details

Senior exercise class is designed to promote balance and coordination, strength training, and aerobics all in an effort to keep seniors active and independent for life.  We meet 3x a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for an hour.  Exercises can be done seated or standing.  Try a class to see if it is something you would like to do.
