Program Description

Event Details

Exercise class designed for older adults who want to maintain healthy active lifestyles.  We incorporate aerobics, stretching, strength training and balance movements into the class to help achieve and extend mobility.  The classes are 3x a week and you can attend all or as many as necessary.  Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes to class.
