Use the power of the sun to make your own tasty snacks. Participants will be able to take home their solar over for warm snacking fun all summer. 
 

Put your building hat on because it's building blocks day!  We will have building books available to use and checkout and we also encourage free play!

Dino Chalk Art & Lemonade is a colorful, creative afternoon of art and science fun! We will decorate the sidewalk outside the library with bright dinosaur-themed chalk drawings, from roaring T-Rexes to prehistoric scenes.

Unleash your creativity in Design Den, our adult STEAM program led by Gina! In this imaginative, hands-on session, participants will design and create their own charming hanging fairy houses.

Let's design a cave! Come help us construct a reading cave for the kids to use throughout the summer. We'll have building materials available but the design is up to you!

Step back in time and get your hands a little sticky! Join Melisa for STEM Studio, a fun hands-on program for tweens and teens where participants become junior paleontologists.

Dino STEM! 
Lets experience the intense heat of the Triassic Period with Heat Sensitive Playdough.
As the playdough heats up while being played with, the color will change.

Dino Egg Eruption is a hands-on science experience full of bubbly excitement! Teens will explore simple chemistry as they use droppers to add vinegar to colorful baking soda “eggs” and watch them fizz, foam, and erupt.

Can You Make a Path for the Dinosaurs to Escape the Lava?

Get ready to think like a paleontologist and Invent-a-Dino! 🦖 Participants will design and create their very own dinosaur, combining science, creativity, and imagination. Will your dino have wings? Armor? Extra-long legs?

Join us for a relaxing two hours of crochet, knitting, embroidery, or any handicraft you enjoy! Bring your current project or start something new in the company of fellow crafters. All skill levels welcome—beginners included!

Step into the world of discovery at Kids Science Lab! Young scientists will put their engineering skills to the test by building and testing their very own mechanical claw.
