Bring your littles every Tuesday at 10am for our interactive toddler storytime, where little ones can sing, dance, and enjoy a delightful story!

Using sharpies, tin foil and a glass picture frame, children will be making faux stain glass art.

Join us for an hour of moving and grooving with a little mingle in the middle.  Tuesday and Thursday are exercise days at the library.  Come on down to the library and join us.  Everyone is welcome and all ages are invited. 

Join us for a fun storytime! After a nature themed story, kids will use real leaves and paint to make beautiful prints to take home. It is a perfect way to blend stories and nature.

We’ll start with reading the beloved story "The Rainbow Fish" and then dive into a fun Rainbow Fish Craft! Little ones will create their own shimmering rainbow fish using colorful materials, making their own masterpiece to take home.

Join Raina at the Coal County Library to create a masterpiece one dot at a time!
Using cotton swabs kids will explore the art of Pointillism — painting with colorful dots to make beautiful scenes and shapes on canvas.

Join us for a fun and relaxing time painting rocks with friends and neighbors. All supplies—and snacks—will be provided!

 Kiddos will fill bottles with alternating colored sand to create designs inside the bottle.

Each Wednesday Miss Sherri has Storyhour for Tykes.  She reads a different story each week and kids will enjoy a song and dance or other entertainment.  Come and join us!  She will also be using Sensory items.

Celebrate creativity with a Firework Fun art program! Kids will use vibrant chalk pastels to create dazzling firework displays on paper, blending colors and experimenting with textures to bring their artwork to life.
