Notice: Spiro Public Library Temporary Closure

The Spiro Public Library will be closed from Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 15th as we prepare for exciting updates.

This week, we’ll be moving books and disassembling the old shelving. The library will also be getting a fresh coat of paint while the walls are empty. The new shelving is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11th, and once the books are back in place, we’ll be ready to welcome you again the following week.

We appreciate your patience during this transformation and can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed, beautifully organized library!

This program is lead by OSU Extension. 

 

Strength training is no longer just for bodybuilders. Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an eight-week, evidence-based strength training program designed for older adults who want to improve their quality of life and stay active. Exercises are easy to learn, safe and effective. No need to wear special clothes- just comfortable, loose-fitting pants and shirt, along with sturdy, closed-toe walking shoes.
