Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing.  Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down.  Registration is required because of limited space.  Please call the library at 918-297-2113.
